BRANCH BCs COMMITTEE

Strengthening full-service CSPs linked to bank branches.

Focuses on Business Correspondents that operate as an extension of bank branches. Responsible for account opening, eKYC, and government scheme enrollment (e.g. PMJDY, APY, PMJJBY, PMSBY). The committee addresses operational challenges, training needs, compliance standards, and policy representation.

TRANSACTION BCs COMMITTEE

Supporting agents delivering cash-in/cash-out and payment services.

Represents BCs that primarily facilitate payment and transaction-based services, such as AEPS, MicroATM withdrawals, Domestic Money Transfers (DMT), and DBT disbursements. These CSPs often operate from local retail outlets.
